Baku, Azerbaijan - Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan ÇİFTÇİ, Head of IKSAD Education Group, led the in-service training seminar held at IKSAD Azerbaijan Office on. The seminar was organized to increase the professional and academic competencies of the office members and to develop their knowledge and skills in achieving common goals.
